Embassy of Ireland Announces Irish Aid Fellowship Opportunities for 2013

KAMPALA - The Embassy of Ireland in Kampala has announced the Irish Aid Fellowship opportunities available to members of the Justice, Law and Order Sector for the 2013 academic year. The fellowship programme offers beneficiaries opportunities to be sponsored for study at post graduate level (Masters or Graduate Diploma) in Ireland or within the region.

Information regarding the fellowship is available on www.embassyofireleand.org including an application form and list of courses for 2013. Applications must be submitted to the Justice Law and Order Sector Secretariat by December 1st 2012. The Sector is expected to submit its nominations for the scholarships to the Irish Embassy by 31st December 2012.

Applicants are required to identify a course of their choice before filling the application form. It is the candidate’s duty to apply directly to the University of their choice and fulfil all the requirements which, in the case of Irish institutions, includes an acceptable level of English.

The Justice, Law and Order Sector is happy to partner with the Republic of Ireland in strengthening capacity of staff in member institutions as we work toward deepening reforms for a pro people justice system.
