Nine Firms shortlisted to participate in the RFP Stage for the JLOS House Project

The Ministry of Justice and Constitutional Affairs on behalf of the Justice, Law and Order Sector (JLOS) announces that nine (9) firms/consortia have been short-listed and will be invited to participate in the next stage of the procurement for the construction of the JLOS House Project under the Private Public Partnership modality..

The next stage of the procurement process is the Request for Proposal (RFP) and will lead to selection of a lead investor to review the designs, finance, construct, and maintain the JLOS House.

This development follows the submission of Expressions of Interest (EOI) by thirteen (13) firms in July 2014.

This is a critical milestone in the process of implementation of the JLOS House project which will, upon completion serve as a one-stop center of environmentally friendly and intelligent buildings housing the JLOS Towers and High Court; Uganda Police Headquarters; and Appellate courts.
